Cancellation and Refunds

• Trainees are not entitled to request a refund of the registration fee.
• If a course is cancelled by ITC Academy, trainees will be given the option to transfer to another course.

Related Provisions

Registration is not considered final or confirmed until the prescribed course fees, in whole or in part, are paid in accordance with the payment policy set out in our Terms and Conditions. ITC Academy also reserves the right to modify course details or cancel a course before it begins, with notice given to registered trainees, as described in the Terms and Conditions.
